Returns |
We take great pride in our sunnies+ eyewear product and are confident that upon receiving and using your new purchase, you will find them to exceed your expectations (and then some!). However, if you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any item. Please know that all returned products must be in 100% re-saleable condition. If your sunnies+ eyewear has been damaged in transport, please email us and we will happily replace the damaged items after assessment. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to email us at salesorder@sunniesplus.com.au Returns for credit or exchange may be made by sending your request to salesorder@sunniesplus.com.au within 5 days of receipt of shipment. We will send you a confirmation email that includes the address where you should return the item. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the confirmation email. All returns must be in original condition. Repackage the item as securely as possible. You are responsible for shipping including cost. We recommend shipping via registered post with Australia Post. Items returned damaged or after 14 days of original purchase will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided in the confirmation email. You will receive email confirmation when we receive your returned product. |

Warranty |
All sunnies+ eyewear has been tested and approved by the Australian Government agency ARPANSA (Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency). Our products have been given the maximum Eye Protection Factor (EPF) of 10. Click to see the report here. Each component of sunnies+ sunglasses is individually quality checked before being packaged and sold. Whilst the metal attachment part is designed to pierce through fabric with some force without it being too sharp. Turn approximately 15 times to ensure the metal attachment parts have been tightly secured. Regular checks are also recommended to ensure the metal attachment parts stay tightly connected with the hats. |

All sunnies+ eyewear is covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. All warranty claims must be submitted to salesorder@sunniesplus.com.au |
